Age 7 is the typical age to schedule your first orthodontic check up. Your dentist may refer you if your child has any of the following tendencies:
- Early or late loss of baby teeth
- Crossbite concerns
- Narrow jaw
- Thumb/finger habit
- Social concerns
- Crowding/spacing
- Space maintainers
